The doctor’s Bonheur du jour cabinet

This Bonheur cabinet was veneered with mahogany. It was a real family piece and the current generation had continued the appreciation for this particular cabinet. However, it had taken a lot of wear over the years due to several moves.

The restoration was an intensive and long journey. Many parts were in bad condition or broken. Parts had
to be replaced, partly restored and once again veneered. The final result was one to be proud of.
