Wooden Pulley

Many times I’ve been asked whether I made wooden pulleys. After several applications I became engrossed. A wooden pulley is mounted on the rear wheel of a motor and serves as a drive. This project is a pulley for a 1902 FN.
Using another pulley, I developed templates. After constructing a basic form, I manufactured the pulleys using a lathe.
